Speak Your Truth! Let your voice be known! Discover yourself and learn to embrace all your flaws and functions! Get to know who you are, the fabric of your BEing, and figure out how you can focus on the good in you, while still accepting the qualities that hinder your reaching your highest self, without giving them too much energy and maximizing them!

Have you given yourself an honest look lately? Have you stared yourself down? Have you taken time to ask yourself who you really are, what you really love, and what parts of yourself you might not be so fond of?

What do you see in other people that gets your fire going? Those qualities that stand out to you in others that you just can't stand, and that seem to get you especially annoyed?

Did you know those are the very qualities you behold? The very qualities you try to deny you have, because you know you don't like them, but maybe you've tried for so long and "failed" not to give into them, it frustrates you to see them in someone else? Because WHY are THEY (WE, I) like that? WHY can't THEY (WE, I) just realize that's not a cool way to Be??

What setting do you find yourself in when you feel like shouting off a mountain top because you are so juiced on life? What are you doing when you feel like you're BEing Your Best You? What qualities do you feel proud of and want to/try to share and exhibit as often as possible? What parts of yourself would you allow to overrun all the rest, and BEcome all that you are?

That is our truth!

In asking ourselves all these questions, in giving them some honest thought, being completely open withourselves is the most important thing! Honesty, honesty, honesty with thyself. That is the only way to discover Your Truth. Don't try to deny yourself anything, don't give into the fear you have of yourself and your truth, and just let it flow out of you.

So what is My Truth?

My Truth is....

Love, Passion, Creativity, Laughter, Open-hearted living, Art, Long hugs, Adventure, Travel, Exploring the unknown, Talking to anyone and everyone, Connecting people, Overcoming adversity, Singing, Dancing, Creating, Language, Writing, Coloring, Design, Using my hands, Water, Relating to others, Reflection, Honesty, Trust, Godly, Determined, Desirable, Dreaming, Ambitious, Idyllic, Childish, Wise, Playful, Funny, Wandering, Hopeful, Peaceful, Anarchist, Believing, Nature, Friends, Family, Introspective, Existential, Psychological, Witty, Sarcastic, Beauty

But My Truth also is....

Critical, Judgemental, Hypocritical, Self-doubting, Procrastinating, Unsure, Weary, Fearful, Egotistical, Concerned, Irritable, Greedy, Self-righteous, Opportunistic, Lazy, Unmotivated, Wandering, Unsettled, Sarcastic, Hard-headed, Stuck, Deceitful, Wanting

My Truth is here and there,

Come and go

Fight against it all,

Or just go with the flow

My Truth is up and down,

High and low

I have it all,

Or I just don't know

My Truth is wild and free,

Contained and supressed

Let it all out,

Or let nothing be expressed

My Truth is my fabric

It's my fiber, foe and friend

It's everything I want

It's all I want to come to an end

My Truth is who I am

It's what I love

It's a little of everything

It's a gift from Above

My Truth Is.

So how do we move forward from here?

Oh, and if you need another little boost, here are some words straight from the God of Wonder, the ONLY source of unconditional love and light, and the only one whose opinion really matters anyways:
